Mary Frances Sides age 81 of Sumiton, passed away Saturday October 15, 2016. She was a homemaker and was a member of Sumiton Church of God.
Funeral services will be Tuesday October 18, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Chapel. Burial will follow in McCormack Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 12-2 pm at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Sides; her parents, Arthur and Alta Phillips and sisters, Helen Aaron and Ruth Phillips.
Survivors include her children, Brian Sides, Leneda Jones (Byron) and Anna Smith (Steve); grandchildren, Bart Black (Faith), Elizabeth Baker (Jon), Angeline McMullin (Mike), Byron Jones, Jr. (Lacy), Abigail Jones, Everett Hoagland, Stone Smith and Tiffany Prewett (Ryan); eight great grandchildren; sister, Mozelle Barnett; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
