Mary Frances Ogle, age 68, of Grove Oak, passed away on July 26, 2025, at St. Vincent’s Hospital. She was born on November 1, 1956, to the late William Arthur Gass and Thelma Cofield. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved her family deeply and cherished every moment spent with them, no matter how simple the occasion. Her warm heart and steady presence were a constant source of comfort and strength to those who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Paula Hill (Michael), Randy Ogle (Jessica), and Marilyne Gilbert (Patrick); grandchildren, Brianna Horton, Stephanie Rogers, Labron Hill, Shallon Vines, Sidney Ogle, Danikate Ogle, Karma “Paisley” Hill, Wesley Vines, and Kason Gilbert; 12 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Shirley Gass, Glenn Gass, and Janice Gass. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Vircie Randall Ogle; daughter, Frances Darlene Ogle; sister, Norma Smith; and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, with Bro. Tommy Ogle officiating. Burial will follow at White Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mary’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will be deeply missed.
