Mary Elizabeth Springer, aged 86, of Athens, Alabama passed away April 15th, 2026. Mary was born in Falkville, Alabama to George Crumby and Margaret Louise McLain.
Mary is preceded by her parents, her husband; Marshall Bennett Springer, brothers; Paul Crumby, Tommy Crumby, and son; Bobby Joe Springer.
Mary is survived by her sons; Timothy Ray Springer (Judy), Marshall Lee Springer (Sharon), daughter; Sandra Brock (Dale), and grandchildren; Zach Chambers, Ashley Ezell (Martin), Ian Springer (Megan), Stephanie Korneman (Robert), Jada Read (Sam), Chris Brock (Lori), Roger Brock, Tiffany Bailey, Patrick Kalamakoff. Mary also has twelve great-grandchildren as well as 2 great-great grandchildren.
Mary retired from Eaton in Athens, Alabama.
A visitation will be held on Monday, April 20th, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Tim Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Limestone Memorial Garden.
