Ellen Elgin Miner, aged 79, passed away April 14, 2026. Ellen was born in Albertville, Alabama on October 20, 1946 to Donald Pinkney Elgin and Lillace Lochamy Elgin.
Ellen is survived by her husband of 56 years, James R. Miner, her daughter; Rachel Rebecca Miner, sister; Patricia Elgin Jones (Ken), Neice; Laurie H. Downs (Trever), and nephew; Whitt Jones (Jamie).
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
