Martha Louise Ragland Dillard, 70, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013. Public viewing will be 1-7 p.m. Friday at Saints Funeral Home, Sheffield. Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services.
