Martha Lea “Marty” Davis, 72, of Toone, TN, formerly of Greencastle, IN, and Iuka, MS, died Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. Martha enjoyed flower gardening, canning, and swimming. She also loved to cook and spend time with her children and grandchildren. Visitation is scheduled for 4:00 until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, March 22, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 23, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen, officiated by Bro. James Rich and Lonnie Davis, Jr. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers include Vaden Bullock, Jerry Earnest, Buford Lambert, Jason Nunley, Robert Walker, and Lonnie Davis, Jr.. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by one son, Donnie Davis (Carrie) of Burnsville; two daughters, Lesia Higgins (Elden) of Greencastle, IN, and Jennifer Davis (William Barton) of Corinth; four brothers, Dale Capps, Raymond Capps, and Elvin Capps, all of Greencastle, IN, and Edward Capps of Cunot, IN; four sisters, Ersie Lighty of Veedersburg, IN, Annie Strauser of Linton, IN, and Ruth Williams and Judy York, both of Greencastle, IN; six grandchildren, Samantha Davis, Logan Davis, Sondra Silverburg, Stephanie Walker, Joseph Alago, and Sierra Alago; and three great-grandchildren, Sabrina, Shane, and Sloan Silverburg. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Fannie Dennie and Versia Iserman; and four brothers, Johnny, Junior, Billy, and Robert Capps.
