Marshall J. Foster, 74, Muscle Shoals, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 3, from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Ford City Baptist Church, Muscle Shoals. A memorial service will immediately follow at the church with Keith Prince and Sam Howard officiating.
Marshall was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Foster; mother, Peggy Foster; and daughter, Sheryl Foster Cooper.
Marshall is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Deborah Dianne Scott Foster; daughters, Janice Marie Foster Howard and Marcy Joan Foster; brothers, Carl Foster (Donna) and Jack Foster; sisters, Rebecca Foster Hallmark (Bobby), Sarah Jane Foster Hurst (the late Paul), and Sally Foster Bryant (Chris); grandchildren, Janna Mae Howard Prestage (Devin), Samuel Ray Howard (Madalan), and Jaycee Adae Foster(Sarah Kate); great-grandchildren, Layne, Rylan, River, Livie, and Ezra Prestage, and Eyla and Everly Howard; and sons-in-law, Kelvin Howard (Janice) and Kerry Cooper (the late Sheryl).
