Mark Anthony Lane, 61 of Ardmore, Alabama died on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Born Wednesday, October 17, 1956 in Fayetteville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Donald Lane, Sr. and Faye Lane Weaver. He was a member of Lindsey Lane Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father Donald Lane, Sr, and, brother, Donald Lane, Jr. and nephew, Brian Lane.
He is survived by his mother Faye Lane Weaver of Ardmore, AL, daughter, Shirley (Josh) Goan of Athens, AL.granddaughter Leia Goan of Athens, AL, brothers, Danny (Jan) Lane of Fayetteville, TN, Harry (Brenda) Lane of Centerville, TN, Doug (Sherry) Lane of Centerville, TN, sister, Shannon (Tim) Honea of Fayettevile, TN, step-brothers Leroy (Rose) Weaver of Harvest, Tom (Beth) Weaver of Hartselle, AL, step-sister, Cindy Weaver of Hartselle, AL, and many Nieces and Nephews.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday October 19, 2017 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, with Pastor Ray Petitt and Pastor Brent Logan officiating. Interment will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home.
