Marilyn Kate Clark, 20, of Dothan, Ala., died Sept. 25, 2013, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Ala. She was born Sept. 30, 1992, the daughter of Wade Clark and Jessica Lentz. She was a waitress at Chee Burger Chee Burger.
She is survived by her father, Wade Clark (Greta), Hatton; mother, Jessica Lentz (Jerry), Tennessee; sisters, Margaret Anne “Maggie” Clark, Erin Palmer and Manoi Pounders; brother, Skylar Pounders; grandparents, Jeannie and David Byrd, Lisa and Jerry Sturdivant, Charles H. and Peggy Clark and Greg and Carolyn Harville; great-grandparents, Joe and Martha Sturdivant; great-grandmother, Annie Bell Taylor; uncles, Joe Schneider, Jeremy Sturdivant and Clay (Marnie) Clark; aunts, Jill Schneider, Cindy (Murray) Burns and Teresa Pollard; and cousins, Dora Sturdivant, Rachael Butsch, Tylar Pollard and Henry Burns.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Ala.
Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 29, from 1-3 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton, Ala. The memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with Brother Chris Miller officiating.
