Maria Rosa Lindquist, age 85, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026, at The Lantern at Morning Pointe in Spring Hill, TN. She was a native of Valdagno, Italy, and retired from AAFES. She also loved to travel and shop.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ricardo and Anna Zamberlan Basili; her husband, Stanford A. Lindquist, Jr.; and two brothers, Arnaldo Basili and Lino Basili.
She is survived by one daughter, Helen Phillips (Terry) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Stanford A. Lindquist, III (Gracia) of Saint Charles, MO; two brothers, Evelino Basili of Italy and Sergio Basili (Anna) of Canada; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto, IL at a later date.
