Margaret M. Turner, 85, of Florence, passed away Nov. 2, 2013, at Mitchell-Hollingsworth Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 27, 1928, in Chattanooga, Okla., to the late Orville B. and Anna Mae Walker. She was the wife of the late Frank “Ole Sarge” Turner. She was preceded in death by one brother, Lew E. Walker, from Fredrick, Okla..
She is survived by two brothers, Don E. Walker, of Fredrick Okla., and Frances W. Walker, of Magnolia, Texas; four children, Bud Turner (Bobbie), of Barnum, Minn., Larry Turner (Cathy), of Hendersonville, Tenn., Betty Turner-Dunning (Gary), of Franklin, Ky., and Anna M. Turner, of Sheffield, Ala. She also is survived by five grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens on Sunday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. Spry-Williams Funeral Home will be directing.
