Funeral Service for Margaret Gail Compton, 76 of Vinemont will be Friday, March 24, 2023 at 1:30PM at Eva Baptist Church with Bro. Zack Scott and Bro. Phillip Robinson officiating with burial in Union Hill Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home. She was born December 2, 1946 in Morgan County, AL to William Taylor and Myrtie Wilson Taylor. Margaret passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was a Member of Eva Baptist Church. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Benny Joe Compton, Step-Brother, Lanier Taylor, Step-Dad Artemis Fortenberry. She was a loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother.
