Man Arrested On Failure To Register As Sex Offender

LEIGHTON-Thomas Timothy Harville, 42 of Town Creek, Alabama was arrested Sunday morning, March 30, 2014 at 6:30 am by the Leighton Police Department  for Violation of the Community Notification Act.

Harville being a registered sex offender out of Lawrence County Alabama  had taken up residence at 1980 Clark Street in  Leighton Alabama 35646.  After a 2 week investigation a warrant was obtained and Harville was arrested at the residence of a former Leighton City Council Woman.

Harville was booked into the Colbert County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
