Mamie B. Wilson, 93, of Cherokee, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2013. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. A graveside service will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park with Bro. Jeff Newton officiating.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Valdosta Baptist Church and the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wilson.
She is survived by her son, James Donald Wilson; granddaughter, Donna Lynn Wilson; two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
