Malcolm Tom Mason 77, of Hartselle passed away Friday, May 21, 2021 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born March 8, 1944 in Decatur, Alabama to Oscar and Mary Etta Mason. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and four sisters. He is survived by his wife, Tonya Morris Mason; one son, Thomas Earl Mason (Sarah); two daughters, Tabitha Abigail Hatfield (Jordan) and TaShauna Amanda Mason; one brother, Douglas Mason (Wanda); two sisters, Mary Edith Haraway (Royce) and Lonnie Louise Boston (Forrest); two grandchildren, Brooklyn Nicole Evans (Justin) and Hayden Lukas Mason. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home. Funeral will be 11:00am Wednesday at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Equator Black officiating. Military graveside will follow at New Center Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eddie Dean Borden, Carlos Alimar, Johnny Martin, Steve Martin, Lucas Chaney, Caleb Foster and Jason Borden. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
