Maedean Mays, age 89 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away October 6, 2022. She was a member of South Haleyville Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Monday, October 10, 2022 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Matthew Holliday, Riley Holt and Arvy Dupuy officiating. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Frankie Kois, David Barnes, Steve Postell, Isaac Burleson, Cade Lewis and Cade Burleson.
Ms. Mays is survived by her son, Dennis Mays; grandchildren, Mason Mays, Alston (Emily) Mays; and great granddaughter on the way, Sadie Mays.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jesse Rawls; mother, Ida Eddy; husband, Eugene Mays; and siblings, Faylene Dempsey, Odell Rawls, Durell Rawls and Betty Jean Clark.
