Lula Mae McMillen, 83, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced Monday.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Monday at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
