A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Lucille Fowler Cobbs, 101, will be Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Falkville City Cemetery with Pastor Tim Kinney officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is scheduled.
Mrs. Cobbs died on Monday, February 5, 2024 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born October 19, 1922, in Morgan County, to Henry Starling Fowler and Fannie Blevins Fowler.
She was a homemaker for her family, was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Neman N. Cobbs, her parents, her brothers, William Fowler, Willard Fowler, Wilton Fowler and Willis Fowler and sisters, Louise Bowling, Loella McDonald, Lora McDonald and Lorene Peck.
Survivors include
Sons – Keith Cobbs (Ginger)
Vandon Cobbs (Rebecca)
Daughter – Pat Kennedy
Five Grandchildren –
Adam Cobbs, Jeremy Mauldin (Emily),
Dustin Cobbs, Kelsey Cobbs, Nathaniel Cobbs.
Three Great Grandchildren –
Madison Cobbs, Kanyon Cobbs and Kaden Cobbs.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons.
