Lucille Cantrell Smith, 97 of Arab Alabama, died Tuesday – May 17, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Arab.
Mrs. Smith was born on June 15, 1918 in Marshall County to John Calvin White & Mary Etta Pruett White. She retired after working many years in production at Blue Bell/Wrangler in Arab.
She was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter in law: Pat Cantrell; grandchildren: Heather Cantrell Ginther (Ed),
R. Lane Brown; great grandchildren: Summer Ginther; She was preceded in death by a son, Terry Ronald “Ronnie” Cantrell; a grandchild: Sonya Cantrell and 12 siblings.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday – May 20, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Gerald Adams officiating. Burial will be in Gilliam Springs Cemetery. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Friday – May 20, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
