Lucile Haney Ingle – Obituary

Graveside service for Mrs. Lucile Haney Ingle of Fayetteville, will be conducted Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Stewart’s Creek Cemetery, with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Mrs. Ingle passed away Saturday morning at Donalson Care Center.

A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late William Virgil and Burtha Locker Haney, was retired from Fayetteville Electric System, and a member of the Washington St. Church of Christ. She was a past member of the Fayetteville Art League, served as treasurer for Stewart’s Creek Cemetery and loved crafts and working in her flower garden.

Survivors include her step-daughter Noel Burch and husband Rick of Downey, CA, niece Deborah Haney Schremser and husband John of Montgomery, AL, nephew William V. Haney, Jr. and wife Linda of Woodvale, AL sister-in-law Virginia Haney Bigham of Scottsboro, AL and several cousins.

Visitation with the family will be Monday from 1:00 till 2:00 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.
