Louise Crawford Pitts of Pulaski passed away on Thursday, June 02, 2016 at Meadowbrook Healthcare and Rehab in Pulaski. She was born in Fayetteville, TN on August 3, 1921 and was 94 years old.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and sister. She was a member of First Baptist Church and worked for Morris Harwell & Son in sales for many years.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 3rd from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
A Graveside Service will be take place on Saturday, June 4th at 11:00am at Maplewood Cemetery with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorial donations are suggested to First Baptist Church Building Fund, 409 South First Street, Pulaski, Tennessee 38478.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Amuel Pitts, and parents, Sidney Johnson and Grace Jeans Crawford, brothers, William Crawford and John Crawford, sisters, Virginia McClanahan and Mildred Dunn.
She is survived by,
Son, Larry (Peggy) Pitts of Cunningham, TN.
Son, Mike (Amy) Pitts of Pulaski
7 Grandchildren, Kim McLean, Chrisie Brown, Mellisa Waskiewicz, Megen Reynolds, Katie Pitts, Shane Pitts, and Ryan Pitts.
7 Great- grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild
Sisters, Lillian Posey of Fayetteville, Patricia Moyers of Fayetteville, and Carolyn McInnis of Texas
Brothers, David Crawford of Fayetteville, and Raymond Crawford of Louisianna.
Several nieces and nephews also survived.
