Mr. Galbreath is survived by his wife, Evelyn Lolley Galbreath; 2 sisters, Wanda (Douglas) Terrell, and Bonnie (Butch) Montgomery; 3 brothers, Kenneth Galbreath, Dale (Janice) Galbreath, and Jimmy Galbreath; 1 sister-in-law, Mary Ann Galbreath; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
