Lloyd “Shorty” Collier of Rogersville died Monday, December 9th, 2013 at ECM Hospital at the age of 77.
He was a member and deacon of Whitehead Baptist Church and retired from Reynolds Metals.
Visitation will be Thursday from 12 – 2 at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow immediately in the chapel with Keith Hawk officiating. Burial will be in Harvey Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Garner, Richie Newton, Wade Davis, Jeff Palmer, Ronnie Ritter and Jimmy Roberson.
Mr. Collier is survived by his wife, Mary Collier; children, Jeff (Judy) Collier and Leanne (Winston) Garner; grandson, Kyle (Cayla) Garner; great-grandchildren, Jayden and Karsyn; brother, Jesse Collier; sister-in-law, Joy Collier and a host of nieces and nephews.
