Linda Kaye Lance, age 70, died Monday February 6, 2017 at Jackson Madison County Hospital.
She was born June 21, 1946 to the parents of Otis and Onie Mae Bowman West in Henderson
County. She was retired from Jackson Madison County General Hospital serving in Medical Records. She loved her family, her church, and her God. Mrs. Lance loved landscaping her yard and maintaining it. She was a member of Eagle Ministry House of Prayer in Somerville, TN
She is survived by her husband of 36 years Wayne Lance of Jackson, TN; two daughters, Sally
Adams of Memphis, TN and Donna Scroggins of Southaven, MS., Four sisters, Sandra Giddens of
Jackson, TN; Gloria Knipper of Murfreesboro, TN; Sherry Rhodes of Jackson, TN; and Joy Fay
Simmons of Jacksonville, FL., four brothers, Bobby West of Arlington, TN; Jerry West (Linda) of Jackson, TN; Terry West of Jackson, TN; and Larry West of Oakland, TN., and nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Tim Lance and one sister Ann Baker.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, February 9th at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors with Rev. Larry West. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery in Henderson County.
The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, February 8th 2017 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Arrington Funeral Directors.
