Kenneth Willard Bedwell was born January 15, 1954 in Harrisburg, AR the son of the late Harry Willard and Zada Mae White Bedwell.
Kenny retired from Memphis Light, Gas and Water after 25 years of employment as a heavy equipment operator. He returned to work for the City of Adamsville in the Gas Division of the Utility Department.
Kenny departed this life on February 5, 2017 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 63 Years, 21 Days. He is survived by a daughter, Holly Weaver and husband Doug Ward of Knoxville, TN; a son, Jeremiah Bedwell and wife Stacy of Knoxville, TN; the mother of his children, Virginia Rose (Hollowell) Bedwell of Knoxville, TN; seven grandchildren, Abbi Snyder, Katalin Snyder, Ty Snyder, Kendall Weaver, Adam Weaver, Jj Bedwell, Joshua Bedwell; companion, Connie Bell of Morris Chapel, TN; a sister, Brenda Poole of Savannah, TN; a brother, Jimmie Bedwell and wife Diana of Memphis, TN; two nephews, one niece; and a host of extended family and friends.
Kenny’s request was to have a Memorial/Celebration of Life Service, this will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
