Linda Jane Miller, age 67, of Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at her residence after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Linda was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and had worked for years at Lee. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be missed by all who knew her.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 25, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Edward LouAllen officiating. Burial will be at Belgreen Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Bryon Keith Miller Sr., and Troy Don Miller; and parents, Alex Junior & Estell (Fretwell) Thornton.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 51-1/2 years, Hugh Don Miller; son, Anthony Miller; grandchildren, Jr. Miller (wife, Katey), Austin Miller (wife, Kaley), Emily Hampton; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Alivia, Grayson, Lilly, Emory; siblings, Larry & Evelyn Saint, Dorothy & Donald Hatton; several nieces & nephews; and her beloved dog, Patches.
The pallbearers will be family members. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Almirol and staff, Kindred Health & Hospice, and Spry Memorial Chapel for the love and care of our family.
