Linda Harrison Counts, 53, was taken to be with Jesus at Decatur Morgan Hospital on Monday, December 14, 2015. She was a very loved, faithful, and amazing woman. Her wishes for not having services are being honored by the family. She is preceded in death by her mother Vera Turner and brothers Bill Harrison and Bobby Harrison. She is survived by her husband Paul Counts of Decatur, AL. Daughter, Amanda Snow of Decatur, AL, Son James H Overton of Athens, AL, grandson Xander Potter of Decatur, AL, brother Joseph D Rhoades Jr of Somerville, AL, sister Vivian Stone of Athens, AL, Niester Nikki Montgomery of Tampa, FL, nephews Jesse Harrison of Hartselle, AL and Chris Harrison of Falkville, AL. She is also survived by a host of other nieces and nephews with several “adopted” family members. That was just the woman Linda was, taking care of everyone and taking everyone in. She will be missed by everyone. Since there will be no services, if you would like to honor her please donate to your church or local charity.

I DON’T KNOW WHO GAVE YOU THIS INFO BUT IT IS SO WRONG AMANDA SNOW AND JAMES OVERTON WHERE NOT HER CHILDREN!!! they were her niece and nephew, they are the children of her sister Vivian Overton Stone.
