Lester “Jackie” Elenburg of Dora, passed away at a local hospital January 4, 2025. Jackie was born to the late Lex and Barbara Jean Elenburg. He is survived by two daughters Leslie (Kevin) Newsome, Michele Dupont, stepdaughter Misty Stevens, two grandsons Nate Dupont, Devon Newsome, two step grandchildren Jordan and Jocelynn Stevens. He is also survived by his siblings Harold Elenburg, Charolotte Elenburg, Connie Glover, Charles “Bubba Roberts and several nieces and nephews.
Jackie proudly served in the United States Marines and retired from U. S. Steel mines as a fire boss.
