Mr. Leonard Thomas Olson, age 85, husband of Elizabeth Keith Olson, and a resident of Columbia, passed away Monday, April 18, 2022, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Born on January 23, 1937, in Pennsylvania, Leonard was the son of the late Adolph Olson and the late Martha Modzel Olson. He married Elizabeth Keith in 1959. They moved from Pennsylvania to Michigan and later transferred to Tennessee. Leonard worked thirty years for Ford Motor Company before retiring in 1995. He enjoyed cars and working crossword puzzles.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Debbie (Terry) Collyer of Culleoka, son, Gregory Olson of Columbia, grandchildren, David (Kelly) Collyer, Courtney (Mike) Roberts, and great grandchildren, Teddy, Maggie, CeCe, Lilly, and Josey.
Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
