Lenis Coy Patterson, 90, of Florence, passed away peacefully May 7, 2025. He was a of life-long member of Stony Point Church of Christ; a U.S. Navy Veteran; Master Mason, Masonic Lodge #14; and a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #760. Lenis was a devoted father, husband and grandfather. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. Lenis will be missed by so many family members and friends. He never missed a fish fry and viewed those as weekly social events.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 9-11 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Park with Brad Adcock officiating.
Mr. Patterson was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Eulaia Patterson; wife, Dorothy Williams Patterson; and brothers, Olon and Ralton Patterson.
He is survived by his son, Blair Patterson (Cathy); daughter, Thalia Baker (Edward); two grandchildren, Chris Crowe (Lisette) and Ashley Patterson; and two great-grandchildren, Levi and Iris.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Stony Point Church of Christ.
