Mr. Lee Gilbreath age 78 of Altoona passed away at Gadsden Regional Medical Center on Sunday, October 28, 2018. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2018, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, funeral service will be held in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Bristow Cove (Snead Memorial) Church Cemetery in Boaz. He is survived by his Wife, Iona Gilbreath, Daughters, Cassie Gilbreath, Doris Versloot, Emily Swearengin, Sons; James Lee Gilbreath, Lucky Gilbreath, Sisters; Betty Dixon, Judy Miller, Sandy Gilbreath, Brothers; Lucky Gilbreath, Tommy Gilbreath, Ludy Gilbreath, Danny Gilbreath, 10 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents; Jack & Shara Gilbreath, Sister, Areline Bennet, Brothers; Early Gilbreath & Truman Gilbreath.
