Laura Marie Kidwell, 50, of Evergreen, AL, formerly of the Shoals, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024. Visitation will be Sunday, December15, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Truman Sutton officiating. Interment will be at Shaw Cemetery.
Laura was a devoted Nick Saban and Alabama fan, and she was crazy about her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Williams; sister, Joetta Kidwell; grandmother, Edna Kidwell; and nephew, James Whitten.
Laura is survived by her children, Cody Kidwell (Elizabeth Creasy) and Kimberly Stracner (Thomas Mitchell); mother, Joy Williams; brother, Jeffrey Kidwell; grandchildren Cameron Kidwell and Carmyn Kidwell (On the way), Dustin, Olivia, and James White and Nevaeh, TJ, and Tyson Mitchell; and aunt, Judith Hatmaker.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
