Mr. Larry Wayne Martin of Arab, Alabama; departed from this lifetime on the morning of Monday – March 21, 2022 at the age of 67 years.
Mr. Martin was born on the 29th of July in 1954 to the late Charles Melvin Martin and Omie Faye Johnson Martin in Arab, Alabama. Mr. Martin proudly served his country in the Vietnam War with the United States Army. He was a family man and cherished the time he got to spend with his children and grandchildren. He had a love for the open road as he was a truck driver for the majority of his life. Mr. Martin also enjoyed fishing and being accompanied by his dog.
Mr. Martin leaves behind to celebrate and reminisce his life; daughters, Angela Sparkman (Lamar), Leeinda Bachelor (Jeremy) and Tommie Lynn Martin (Johnny); brother, Roger Martin; grandchildren, Kaylee Moore, Xander Moore, Dillon Moore, Jorja Bachelor, Judah Bachelor and Memphys Thornberry; as well as beloved weenie dog, Rosie.
In addition to his parents, Charles Melvin Martin and Omie Faye Johnson Martin; Mr. Martin is at last reunited with his; wife, Tessa Jill Martin; brothers, Tommy Lynn Martin and Steve Lamar Martin.
A visitation will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on the evening of Thursday – March 24, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
