Larry Head 78 of Boaz passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025 at his residence.
Larry is survived by his Sons; Corey Head (Amie), Cody Head (Nicole), Step-Daughter; Tiffany Brackett (Kenneth), Grandchildren; Kailey Morris (Preston), Laney Hall, Maggie Hall, Connor Head, Logan Head, Grayson Head, Step-Grandchildren; Annie Brackett, Matthew Brackett, Brothers; Bobby Head (Deana), Gary Head (Karyon), Mike Head (Martha), Jeff Head, Sister-in-law; Jean Head, Brother-in-law; Calvin Cunningham, Host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins, Special Friend: Alice Robinson. He is preceded in death by his Wives; Kay Head and Freida Head, Parents; Thurman and Jeanette Head, Brother; Gerald Head, Sisters; Sara Draper and Wanda Cunningham.
His Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, December2, 2025 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery. The friends can visit Monday evening from 5 until 7 at the funeral home. Bro. Cody Head, Bro. Mike Head, Bro. Welton Brooks, Bro. Wayne White and Bro. Doyce Putman will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Butch Gardner, Jim Garner, Chuck Draper, Butch Cunningham, Shannon Pullen, Connor Head, Will Patterson and Ben Patterson.
A special thanks to Dr. Wayne Peters, Dr. Brian Snoddy, Shepherds Cove Hospice and Rehab Select in Albertville from all of the care and support shown during his sickness. He was a US Marine Veteran serving in the Vietnam War, a 1965 Graduate of Crossville High School, a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 52 years and also worked for Kilpatrick Chevrolet, Pierson Chevrolet and Alexander Ford for 30years.
