Lana Patricia Haddon Holt, age 82 of Pelham, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at St. Thomas West in Nashville. She was born in Hazel Crest, Illinois, on December 12, 1941, to the late William Herman and Molly (Woosley) Haddon. A devoted homemaker, Lana loved being at home, and her kind and warm nature was the glue that held the family together. She enjoyed crafting, especially silk flower arrangements, thrifting and going to yard sales, and singing. But most of all, Lana cherished the time spent with her beloved family and attending functions to support her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Payne’s Cove United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Milburn Holt Sr; son, Dale Fletcher; and siblings, Hulan, Kenny, Jimmy, Katie, Billie Jo “B.J.,” and Alice. Lana is survived by her loving children, Pam Medley, Jane (Randy) Holt-Nunley, and John Holt Jr; daughter-in-law, Bobbie Fletcher; grandchildren, Briana (Chris) Keith, Travis (Edna) Winton, Marjorie Fletcher, Kimberly Fletcher, Lauren (Robert) Egeland, Kelsey (Cody) Moore, Jonathan (Kayla) Holt, Gabrielle Holt, Nick Holt, Matthew Holt, Danni Tucker, and Tamara (Brandon) Hooper; great-grandchildren, Dalton, McKenzie, Shelby, Katelin, Isabella, Lacie, Destiny, Alex, Jenson, Courtney, Andrew, Leonna, Gracie, Jenna, Hazel, Eric, Jayson, Benjamin, Masey, and Maddux; great-great-grandchildren, Easton, and Leighton; and brother, George (Laquita) Haddon. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 29, 2024, in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with her nephew, Danny Patterson, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery.
