Lacritia Susanne Black Spivey, age 51, of Sheffield, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023. She was born January 24, 1972, in Birmingham, Alabama to Donald M. Black and Linda Lou Mitter Martin. She graduated as Valedictorian from Growing Faith Christian Academy in 1989.
She is survived by her three children, Ronald David Brown Jr. and his wife Bethany Lott Brown and their two children, Isla Jane Lott and Joseph Mason Brown, Kaitlyn Louise Brown Sanders and her husband Bruce William Sanders and their daughter Skylar Rose Sanders, and Karley Susanne Brown. She is also survived by her sister Rhonda Lynn Black Willis and her two brothers, Donald Michael Black II and his wife Aljona Black and their son Eric Michael Black, and Troy Wade Martin. She is also survived by her mother, Linda Lou Mitter Martin. Lacritia is also survived by her boyfriend, Gary Mike Leach. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She is predeceased by her stepfather, Carlton Nathaniel Martin and her grandfather Charles Ray Mitter and her grandmother Helen Sarah Parker.
