Kristen Meredith Chambers, 35, of Huntsville, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 along with other family members. Those family members were her children, Clayton Daniel Chambers and Loryn Brooke; her mother, Carol Jean Smallwood; and her nephew, Eli Reed Sokolowski. She is survived by her father, Joe Smallwood; sister, Kelly (Gannon) Sokolowske; brother, Keith (Brittany) Smallwood; several aunts and uncles; ten cousins and many friends. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 22nd at Jackson Way Baptist Church followed by a 2:00 p.m. service with Bro. David Wiley officiating. A private burial will be held at Huntsville Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family
