MUSCLE SHOALS-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident near Muscle Shoals that has taken the life of one person and sent another person to hospital in Huntsville:
“A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 6:15 p.m. Thursday, November 28, has claimed the life of a Killen woman.
Lisa M. Moore, 64, was fatally injured when the 2009 Toyota Tacoma she was driving was struck by the 2000 Ford F-250 pickup driven by Jesus Guzman III, 23, of Russellville. Moore was pronounced deceased at the scene. Guzman was also injured and transport to Huntsville Hospital for medical treatment.
The crash occurred at the intersection of U.S. 72 and Old Alabama 20, approximately one mile south of Muscle Shoals, in Colbert County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
