FLORENCE-On May 5, 2025, a Florence Police Department Officer conducted a traffic stop near Huntsville Road and Florence Boulevard for a traffic violation.
Seth Kimbrough
The FPD officer came in contact with the driver, off-duty Killen police officer Seth Kimbrough, 37, of Killen, Alabama. The FPD Officer noticed indicators of impairment from Kimbrough. After several tests, Kimbrough was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
He was booked into the Lauderdale County Detention Center and has since been released on bond.
Seth Kimbrough is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
