Kennie D. “Earl” Scott, 72, of Florence, passed away March 8, 2016 at E.C.M. Hospital after an extended illness. He was a retired truck driver for Werner Enterprises, and a retired U.S. Army veteran.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday, March 11, 2016 at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Brother Malcolm Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park with military honors.
Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judith Ann Scott.
He is survived by his son, Kenneth Earl Scott and wife Kathy; sister, Ethelene Rhodes; grandchildren, Zackary Xavier Scott, Zoe Elizabeth Scott, and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
