Kenneth “Kenny” Michael Jones, 66, of Cherokee, son of the late Kenneth Ray and Martha Rich Jones, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024. He was an only child. Kenny is survived by his three aunts, Barbara Rhodes (W.J.), Shirley Rich, Hellen Waldrep; and a host of cousins and friends.
Kenny attended Barton Baptist Church. He was a former employee of Occidental and a member of the boilermakers.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 1:00 at Harris Chapel Cemetery in Cherokee with Billy Alexander officiating. Pallbearers will be Johnny Stout, Rod Schlosser, Danny Foster, Randy Cochran, Keith Robinson, Mike Hester, and Dana Hester. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Davenport, Dr. Charles Thompson, and Brad Brown.
