Kelly White Profile Photo Kelly Jean White age 64 passed away May 8, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born January 23, 1960, in Jackson, TN, the daughter of the late William Henry and Johnnie Lou Robison Barrett. She grew up in the Montezuma Community of Chester County and was a 1978 graduate of Chester County High School.

She worked for Chester County Sportswear, Premier Manufacturing and then Eagle Warehouse retiring in December of 2023 due to health conditions.

She married Kenneth White, on December 21, 2007. They made their home in Henderson.

She earned a Bachelor Degree in Education from Freed-Hardeman University.

She was a talented painter and quilter, enjoyed horror movies, fishing, camping and being outdoors especially in the summers. She was a sports fan and enjoyed watching, the Memphis Tigers and the UT Vols.

Her pride and joy were her grandchildren, Tate and Anna Crouse.

Mrs. White is survived by her husband, Kenneth Lee White of Henderson; a daughter, Sara Crouse (fiancé Tegan Burks) of Henderson and two stepsons, Michael White of Beech Bluff and Kenton White of Henderson; two grandchildren, Tate Crouse and Anna Crouse; a brother, Bruce Barrett of Decaturville and a sister, Wanda Key of Jackson.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Bro. Glenn Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Cave Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM service time on Friday.
