Joyce Nell Richardson, 83, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Terrace Manor Nursing and Rehab Center, Russellville. A native of Franklin County, Alabama, and a lifelong resident of the area, Mrs. Richardson was retired from Colonial Bank after 20-plus years of service. She was a member of Belgreen United Methodist Church, Russellville.
Visitation with family and friends will be Friday, January 18, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Scott Lindsey officiating. Burial will be in Knights of Pythias Cemetery, Russellville.
Mrs. Richardson is survived by her daughter, Bonita Pace and husband, Jerry; granddaughter, Christa Martin and husband, Michael; great-grandson, Vance Martin; sister, Peggy Bendall; and nieces, nephews and friends.
Preceding her in death were her husband, John W. Richardson; parents, Robert Clayton Hester and Birdie James Hester; sisters, Bernice Richardson and Olene James; and brothers, James R. Hester, Hollis Hester, R.C. Hester and Delmar Ray Hester.
Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
