Joshua Turner, 74, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015, at his home under the care of Sanctuary Hospice. He was born July 28, 1940 to the late Willie Turner and the late Carrie Knight Turner in Tremont. He was a member of Union Grove Church of God of Prophecy. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, carpentry, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years Charlotte Turner of Tremont, 2 Daughters, Patricia (Patrick) Garrison of Tremont, Tina (Chris) Montgomery of Fulton, Granddaughter, Brianna Garrison, 2 Sisters, Mary Jackson of Tremont, Earline Baker of Tremont, Brother, Douglas Turner of Tremont.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sister, Willie Mae Turner, 2 Brothers, Paul Turner, and Joe Turner.
Pallbearers will be Nick Rakestraw, Rolon Barnes, Mike Bennett, Billy Ewing, Joel Ewing, Mike Turner.
