Josephine Acedo Lewis, age 80, of Tuscumbia, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Her family will receive friends, Friday 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Sid Fulford officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia.
Mrs. Lewis was a native of Tempe, Arizona and was retired as unit secretary with Helen Keller Hospital. She was preceded in death by David Lewis and Anthony Lewis.
She is survived by her son, Bobby Lewis, daughter, Dianne Johnson, six grandchildren, a number great-grandchildren and other relatives.
Pallbearers are Wayne Lewis, Jason Lewis, J. J. Johnson, Johnnie Johnson, Wes Reding, Jonathan Johnson and Tyler Reding.
