John Thomas Couch age 72 of Guin, AL passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 in the DCH Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Born May 10, 1951 in Winfield, AL, he is the Son of the late John C. and Lila Pauline Gann Couch. He had lived in Guin most of his life was a 1969 MCHS Graduate, and had retired from Walmart.
He is survived by 2 Sisters, Jennifer Cornett (John) of Birmingham, AL, and Ramona Beach of Cook Springs, AL, 2 Brothers, Robert Couch (Sharon) of Twin, AL and Kenneth Couch of Guin, AL, and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a Sister, Kathy Walling and a Brother, Larry Couch.
Private Graveside Services were held from the West Alabama Memorial Gardens.
