John Lucas Crowe, 64, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026, at his home. He was born September 19, 1962, to Jake “JC” and Martha Crowe. He was a logger most of his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and racing.
A Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at McMillan Funeral Home with Minister Tony Brown officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Audrey Crowe; one son, Andy Franks; two daughters, Kimberly Crowe and Ashley Franks; 17 grandchildren, Jarad Harris, Britt Harris, Zachary Harris, Tristen Harris, Blake Harris, Levi Harris, Remmy Harris, Konorr Franks, Raymond Pharr, Mariska Pharr, Bella Pharr, Bryson Franks, Tyson Franks, Maddie Franks, Tatum Cole, Taylon Franks, Kinsley Franks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake “JC” and Martha Crowe; and one sister, Trena Crowe.
Pallbearers are Shane Pounds, Dakota Pruitt, Wayne Robinson, and Mitchell Pounds.
