John C. Zornes, Jr., 83, of Huntsville died Friday. He was a graduate of Auburn University and served his country with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. John retired from a career with the aerospace industry He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Sophie Zornes; sisters, Edna, Louise and Mildred.
Survivors include his four nieces; five grandnephews; two grandnieces; six great-grand nieces and nephews, and many special friends.
A graveside service was held at 12:00 noon Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Neptune-Smith Cemetery, Cheatham County, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
