Joel Clyde Scott, age 78, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024. Joel was a Mason with the Littleville Masonic Lodge #881 and was also a member of the Cowboy Church of Colbert County.
Visitation will be Friday, December 6, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Cowboy Church of Colbert County, followed by a funeral service at 12:00pm with Bro. Truman Sutton officiating.
Joel is survived by his son, Joel Scott Jr. (Jodie); sisters, Brenda Scott, Carolyn Crumpton, and Debbie Smith (Tim); grandchildren, Kaela, Jordan, Mackenzie, Mia, Madden, and Bella; great-grandchildren, Brayden, Greycen, and Casen; as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, Masonic brothers, and his beloved Church family who will all miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde & Fleeta Scott; brother, Jeffrey Scott; wife, Sharon Scott; son, Jayson Scott; and brother-in-law, James W. Crumpton.
