Funeral service for Joe Stephenson, 79, will be Friday, June 20, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, June 20, 2014 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Stephenson died on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at his residence. He was born February 18, 1935, in Florida to Loren Carl Stephenson and Hester Gurganus Stephenson. He formerly worked as a Union Contractor in the Carpentry Field. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Eugene Stephenson and a daughter-in-law: Gwen Stephenson.
